Working Mother always better

Women play vital roles in every facet of modern society. In numerous areas of scientific and technological development, women have historically been responsible for crucial advances

Women are equally capable of meeting all the requirements a leading position demands.
You name any field scientists, teachers and politicians, pharmists, doctors, astronauts, pilot, defence…etc the list is endless, women have ensured to cross into all of them with tri- colours.

Her employment has become a cooperative venture which helps the marriage financially and socially. Sharing and decision-making has become mutual and equal.

Women are often appreciated by their superiors as being reliable, positive and more willing to take over additional tasks.

A modern woman is far more a self-respected and a stronger being than the old stereo typed one, independent of making her own moves and exercising her own free will.

Moms who work are better models because they show their children that all people, men and women, get to have work, love, individuality, and family. If they see mothers pursuing "self," it gives them permission to develop their individuality.


Children learn a lot from the parents are: earlier socialization, more independence, more organised and responsible citizen and above all, the opportunity to draw inspiration from a busy mother whose mental life and personal identity derives not just from her children, but also from a career. Having a job will make women more interesting and fulfilled person, and thus a better parent.

She can keep pace with the new information and thus can suitably guide the new generation.
